Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “View Basket” and you can confirm your basket contents and will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. All payments are processed securely through Sagepay.
Shipping is either 1st Class Mail (UK & Europe only depending on size) or courier; we currently use DHL and FedEx. We are unable to ship Aftershaves and Colognes to the United States of America, Canada, and other countries outside of Europe.
We process your order right away. You should normally receive your order in under 21 days. Please note we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
In the majority of cases, orders placed before 12pm GMT will be delivered in the UK the next day. Delivery within Europe varies from country to country but will usually be within 4-5 days, often sooner. The same applies for the USA and the rest of the world.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and this should automatically be calculated when you have entered your shipping address. You may be liable for import taxes in your own country.
All credit card payments are done securely through Sagepay.
Goods which have clearly not been opened/ tampered with and are in resalable condition may be returned for a full refund provided they are accompanied by a sales receipt, within 30 days of purchase. A store credit or exchange can be given in cases where the customer does not have a receipt.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept brushes of any sort, razors, and manicure items unless they are clearly unopened, due to reasons of hygiene.
Razors and Shaving Brushes may be returned, if faulty, within 90 days of purchase when accompanied by a sales receipt.
Goods should be returned within 30 days of purchase.
We will not refund postage for orders unless goods are faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
